Dear Prospective Families,
Thank you for your interest in Warren-Walker School. We are eager to introduce you to our community. On this page, please find materials that will clarify our application process. Once we receive your application, our Admission Office will call you to schedule a tour and interview. The tour and interview provides you and your family an in-depth look at our program. During the parent interview, each family meets individually with the Director of Admission so that we can learn about your child and your family, and so that you can ask any specific questions you may have. Our deadline for applications is February 1, 2008. Applications received after the deadline will be considered based on open spaces in a particular grade. Admission decisions are made once an applicant’s file is complete.
Please note the "Application Process" below to help you through the admission process. Thank you for considering Warren-Walker School for your child. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions, and we will be happy to help you.
Sincerely,
Caroline Fisk

Dress Code
Our goal in establishing a dress code at Warren-Walker School is to provide a special environment in which a high educational standard is the focus for all students. Over the years in working with children on a daily basis, we are acutely aware that dress and grooming are directly reflected in deportment. The School has implemented a prescribed dress code for grades kindergarten through Middle School using a collection from Mills Uniforms, which is located at 7510 Hazard Center Drive. All clothing shall be properly fitted, clean, tidy, and worn as it is designed: i.e. belts with belt loops (except for kindergarten and first grade children), shirts with tails tucked in, etc.
ISEE Test Dates and Sites
Children applying to fifth through eighth grades are assessed using two tests. The Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) is given each Winter and Spring on several dates at sites throughout the county. See the schedule and request information from the following website: www.iseetest.org. The Otis Lennon School Ability Test (OLSAT) is given at the Middle School on selected Saturdays. You will receive registration information once an application is received.
